Blueberry Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Caramel Sauce

Blueberry Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Caramel Sauce is a stunning dessert. Not only does it have blueberries, but also dates and raisins, which makes this bread pudding succulent. It has a joyful interior with a crisp outer crust. Drizzling warm cinnamon caramel sauce onto each slice, adds more moisture to it with an amazing flavour.

To make this bread pudding we bake our rustic bread a day before and leave it out on the counter. We want the bread to get a bit dryer to have a better result.


Leaven (active dry yeast), bread flour, salt, warm water, butter, dates, raisins, blueberries, eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, coarse brown sugar, and whipped cream.

Fresh bread baked everyday. All breads weigh about 800grams after baked.
