This Brioche Loaf is a beautiful, airy, sweet, rich bread. The different between this loaf to the regular bread, is that it has eggs inside it. It is also baked with butter, which makes it closer to a pastry. This bread is wonderful and soft when it comes out of the oven, as well, when you toast it. The butter melts inside and it doesn’t ask for anything else.
Leaven (flour, active dry yeast, sugar, and milk), eggs, bread flour, sugar, salt, and salted butter.
Fresh loaves baked everyday, in an 8″ x 4″ pan.
