Cinnamon Date Sticky Buns is another of my delicious breads. I love the sweetness of the bread combined with the date spread in the roll of the dough. Topping it with my delicious Cinnamon Caramel sauce is just the perfect complement.
Ingredients:
Leaven (active dry yeast), bread flour, salt, water, milk, butter, egg, sugar, brown sugar, whipped cream, cinnamon, vegetable oil, more salt, and seedless dates.
Fresh bread baked everyday. All breads weigh about 800grams after baked.
