Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Cinnamon Raisin Bread was created because, I just love eats toasted Cinnamon Raisin slices in the morning. The amount of cinnamon is balanced just right, and it’s full of large sweet Sultana raisins.

Leaven (active dry yeast), bread flour, salt, warm water, sugar, cinnamon, and Sultana raisins.

Fresh bread baked everyday. All loaves weigh about 800grams after baked.
