Cinnamon Raisin Brioche is as airy, sweet and buttery as our delicious Brioche. The difference with this one, is that we added raisin, as well for a balanced amount of sugar and cinnamon, throughout the dough before shaping it. We just added a bit more goodness to our brioche.
Leaven (flour, active dry yeast, sugar, and milk), eggs, bread flour, sugar, salt, salted butter, raisins, and cinnamon & sugar mix.
Fresh loaves baked everyday, in a 9″ x 5″ pan.
