This Cocoa Raisin bread is a combination of the Rustic bread and the Cocoa Chocolate Chip Brioche. The difference is, it doesn’t have all that buttery flavour in it. It balances out so well with feta cheese, smoked ham, or even fresh avocado slices.
Leaven (active dry yeast), bread flour, salt, warm water, sugar, semi-sweet cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and Sultana raisins.
Fresh bread baked everyday. All loaves weigh about 800grams after baked.
