Flaxseed & Whole Wheat Sourdough is one of our favourites. The two flours are balanced out perfectly. It has the perfect crust and a delicious nutty flavour.

Ingredients:
Levain (flour, and water), whole wheat flour, bread flour, 3 type of Flaxseeds, salt, and water.
Fresh bread baked everyday. All loaves weigh about 800grams after baked.
