Honey Bread

This delicious soft bread came to life when we add the correct amount of raw honey to the recipe. The honey flavour gives an elegant sweet spark to the loaf. It’s the perfect morning element that goes well with avocado, fresh cheese and even delicious smoked ham.

Leaven (active dry yeast), warm water, bread flour, salt, unsalted butter, and raw honey

Fresh bread baked everyday. All loaves weigh about 800grams after baked.
