This delicious Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf is full of fresh lemon flavour and a tone of poppy seeds. When the loaf cools down we brush some lemon, icing sugar glaze over the top, not at all sweet. In this loaf we wanted to achieve all the flavours that 3 lemons can offer us.
Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, poppy seeds, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and lemon glaze (icing sugar and lemon juice) for topping.
Fresh loaves baked everyday, in a 9″ x 5″ pan.
