This delicious Olive Oil bread is so different from every other bread I bake. Its first raise is in Olive Oil and it just sits there for a long while. After a few hours the Olive Oil is folded into the dough and it stays this way until it completes its full raise.

Ingredients:
bread flour, leaven (active dry yeast), salt, water, olive oil
Fresh bread baked everyday. All loaves weigh about 800grams after baked.
