Pork Neck Steak is delicious because of the marbling fat through out the meat. It gives so much flavour and at the end that fat simply melts away.
I am a fan of going to the local butcher shop on my street. First because of the people that work there are amazing and friendly and secondly because the meat looks beautifully displayed and fresh. For me that counts a lot. Before planning any meal, I first go to the butcher shop and the fish market. After buying what I need at a good price, then I plan my meals for the week.

What side dishes to serve with Pork Neck Steak?

Pork Neck Steak
The marbling of the fat through out the meat makes the pork chop juicy and full of flavour

Ingredients
- 3 steaks
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1/4 lemon, squeezed
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- salt to taste
Directions
- Step 1 In a wide saucepan, mix all the ingredients together with the steak and let sit for about 20 minutes, to allow the meat to grab all the flavour.
- Step 2 Remove the steak from the saucepan and place it on the stove, on medium heat, and allow the onions to cook until soft and translucent for about 8 minutes.
- Step 3 Place the pork over the onions and add salt to taste. Cover with a lid and let the meat cook on both sides for a few minutes until the meat is fork tender.
