Walnut Caramel Sticky buns are as delicious as it sounds. It may look a bit messy, but so unique. I did go over heels with this recipe. I use tempered Condensed milk to make this delicious caramel, which I spread over the dough before rolling and then I drizzle it over some crushed walnut and over the buns while they are still hot out of the oven.
Leaven (active dry yeast), bread flour, salt, warm water, warm milk, butter, egg, sugar, tempered condensed milk, whipping cream, brown sugar, cinnamon , and walnuts.
Fresh bread baked everyday. All breads weigh about 800grams after baked.
